Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping only in West Malaysia.

How long will it take to get my pre-orders?

Pre-orders processed here will take anywhere from 1-2 months. Available physical stocks will take only 5-8 days to deliver in West Malaysia. Delivery details will be provided in followup emails after your order.

How do returns work?

If you’re returning a faulty product within one-year warranty, a one to one replacement will be processed and delivered to customer's delivery address.

Who is behind Chroma?

GetChroma is founded by Michael Chapiro, a NASA, NSF, and Air Force funded engineer. He built the prototypes of our devices for himself first and foremost many years before deciding to make them available to the public. First Light Empire has been granted exclusive distributorship of GetChroma's range of products in Malaysia.
